The firm will purchase EmbaJugNieft, Occidental Resources and Capital Energy, boosting the oil reserves available to Petrolinvest by up to 130%. When the deal is finalized, the firm will issue between 3.86 million and 4.13 million shares to cover the cost of the acquisitions. With Petrolinvest shares thought to be valued at zł.320 for this transaction, the total value of share issue will range from zł.1.23 billion to zł.1.32 billion. However, its final value will depend on whether independent auditor McDaniel's confirms the availability of oil held by Capital Energy covered by its four licenses. The largest shareholder in Petrolinvest, Ryszard Krauze, who currently controls a stake upwards of 49%, will reduce his holdings to less than 30% following the conclusion of transactions.
