| With a reference to the public notice from 22 May 2012, Krka is informing the public that from 4 January 2013 up to and including 10 January 2013 Krka acquired 21,107 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,145,380 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,311,958 representing 6.526% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,333,065 representing 6.586% of all shares issued. |
