Zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej S.A. [„JSW”, Spółka”] informuje, iż w dniu 28 kwietnia 2026 roku powziął informację o szacunkowych skonsolidowanych wynikach finansowych Grupy Kapitałowej JSW za 2025 rok oraz podjął decyzję o przekazaniu ich do publicznej wiadomości.

Skonsolidowane szacunkowe wyniki finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej JSW za 2025 rok:

- przychody ze sprzedaży: 9 408,1 mln zł,

- strata brutto ze sprzedaży: [2 212,9] mln zł,

- strata operacyjna powiększona o amortyzację [EBITDA]: [4 988,7] mln zł,

- strata netto: [6 254,9] mln zł.

Jednocześnie, w nawiązaniu do opublikowanych raportów bieżących dotyczących działalności operacyjnej Grupy Kapitałowej JSW w poszczególnych kwartałach 2025 roku [rb 31/2025, rb 63/2025, rb 91/2025, rb 3/2026] Zarząd Spółki informuje, iż w 2025 r.:

- produkcja węgla ogółem wyniosła 13,0 mln ton,

- produkcja węgla koksowego wyniosła 11,0 mln ton,

- produkcja węgla do celów energetycznych wyniosła 2,0 mln ton,

- produkcja koksu ogółem wyniosła 3,15 mln ton.

Zaprezentowane wyniki finansowe stanowią szacunki uzyskane w trakcie przygotowywania skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego za 2025 rok i mogą one ulec zmianie.

Ostateczne wyniki finansowe roku 2025 zostaną szczegółowo przedstawione w Skonsolidowanym raporcie Grupy Kapitałowej JSW za 2025 r., którego publikację zaplanowano na 30 kwietnia 2026 r.

Subject: Estimated consolidated financial results of the JSW Group for 2025

Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", the "Company"] hereby reports that on 28 April 2026 it was informed of the estimated consolidated financial results of the JSW Group for 2025 and decided to make them public.

Estimated consolidated financial results of the JSW Group for 2025:

- Sales revenues: PLN 9,408.1 million,

- Gross loss on sales: PLN [2,212.9] million,

- Operating loss plus depreciation and amortization [EBITDA]: PLN [4,988.7] million,

- Net loss: PLN [6,254.9] million.

At the same time, with reference to the published current reports on the JSW Group's operating activities in the individual quarters of 2025 [Current Report No. 31/2025, Current Report No. 63/2025, Current Report No. 91/2025, and Current Report No. 3/2026], the Company's Management Board hereby reports that in 2025:

- Total coal production was 13.0 million tons,

- Coking coal production was 11.0 million tons,

- Steam coal production was 2.0 million tons,

- Total coke production was 3.15 million tons.

The financial results presented are estimates obtained in the preparation of the 2025 consolidated financial statements and are subject to change.

The final financial results for 2025 will be presented in detail in the JSW Group's Consolidated Report for 2025, scheduled for publication on 30 April 2026.
