| Huuuge, Inc. („Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 2/2025 z dnia 9 stycznia 2025 r. w sprawie podjęcia decyzji o zamiarze przeprowadzenia zwolnień grupowych informuje, że zgodnie z postanowieniami ustawy z dnia 13 marca 2003 roku o szczególnych zasadach rozwiązywania z pracownikami stosunków pracy z przyczyn niedotyczących pracowników („Ustawa”), Huuuge Games sp. z o. o. („Spółka Zależna”), po przeprowadzeniu procesu konsultacji z przedstawicielami pracowników ws. zwolnień grupowych osiągnęła porozumienie z przedstawicielami pracowników ws. zwolnień grupowych i w dniu 16 stycznia 2025 r. złożyła zawiadomienia do właściwych urzędów pracy, tym samym rozpoczynając proces zwolnień grupowych. Zwolnienia grupowe w Spółce Zależnej zostaną przeprowadzone do końca lutego 2025 r. Spółka Zależna zakłada, że zwolnienia grupowe obejmą 89 osób, co stanowi około 21% wszystkich zatrudnionych w grupie kapitałowej Emitenta ogółem (według stanu na koniec 31 grudnia 2024 r.). Jednocześnie, Emitent podjął decyzję o restrukturyzacji zatrudnienia w Holandii oraz Finlandii. Redukcja zatrudnienia w Polsce oraz poza Polską obejmie łącznie 122 osób, co stanowi około 29% wszystkich zatrudnionych w grupie kapitałowej Emitenta ogółem (według stanu na koniec 31 grudnia 2024 r.). Ostateczne dane w zakresie wpływu restrukturyzacji zatrudnienia Spółki Zależnej na wyniki finansowe Emitenta i jego grupy kapitałowej zostaną przedstawione w skonsolidowanym raporcie za I kwartał 2025 roku. |

(the “Issuer”), with reference to current report No. 2/2025 dated January 9, 2025 regarding a decision on the intention to carry out collective redundancies informs that, in line with the provisions of the Polish act on the rules for terminating employment relationships with employees for reasons not related to the employees (<i>ustawa z dnia 13 marca 2003 roku o szczególnych zasadach rozwiązywania z pracownikami stosunków pracy z przyczyn niedotyczących pracowników</i>) (the “Act on Redundancies”), Huuuge Games sp. z o.o. (the “Subsidiary”), following a consultation process with the employee representatives regarding collective redundancies has reached an understanding with the employee representatives regarding collective redundancies, and has submitted notifications to the relevant labour offices on January 16, 2025, thereby commencing the process of collective redundancies.</font></span> </p> <p dir="ltr" align="justify" style="line-height: 1.3800000000000001; margin-top: 6pt; margin-bottom: 6pt"> <span style="font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap"><font size="10pt" face="Roboto,sans-serif" color="#000000">Collective redundancies in the Subsidiary are intended to be completed by the end of February 2025.<br style="font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap">The Subsidiary assumes that the collective redundancies will cover 89 persons, i.e. 21% of the total headcount of the Issuer’s capital group (as at 31 December 2024). Simultaneously, the Issuer has decided to restructure its workforce in the Netherlands and Finland.
