According to Article 12 of the Terms and Conditions of the bonds issued by the Issuer, the Management Board of HB REAVIS FINANCE PL 2 Sp. z o.o. ("HBRF2" or the "Issuer") hereby announces that based on the information from consolidated semi-annual financial statements of HB Reavis Holding S.a r.l. (the "Suretyship Provider"), for six months ended 30 June 2017 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, the ratio of Net Financial Indebtedness to Consolidated Assets is 32.4%.
