Echo is also interested in joint venture undertakings in relation to larger commercial projects in Poland. "This business model is successfully carried out, for instance, in Romania and I see no reason why it should not be the case in Poland. In this way we would have taken some risk of the partner...and then we would share the margin," said Gromniak.
