| Zarząd "Euromark Polska" S.A. (Emitent) w nawiązaniu do polityki rozpoczętej i opisanej w raporcie bieżącym nr 3/2009 z dnia 08 kwietnia 2009 roku informuje, że skonsolidowane wyniki sprzedaży netto Grupy Kapitałowej we wrześniu 2009 roku wyniosły 6.159 tysięcy złotych i były niższe od osiągniętych we wrześniu roku ubiegłego o 28%. W okresie marzec-wrzesień 2009 roku, skonsolidowane wyniki sprzedaży wyniosły 61.265 tysięcy złotych i były wyższe od osiągniętych w analogicznym okresie roku ubiegłego o 7,3%. Jednostkowe wyniki sprzedaży "Euromark Polska" S.A. we wrześniu 2009 roku wyniosły 5.786 tysięcy złotych i były niższe od osiągniętych we wrześniu roku ubiegłego o 21,8%. W okresie marzec-wrzesień 2009 roku jednostkowe wyniki sprzedaży wyniosły 40.623 tysiące złotych i były niższe od osiągniętych w analogicznym okresie roku ubiegłego o 0,9%. Skonsolidowane wyniki sprzedaż Grupy we wrześniu b.r. nie obejmują już brytyjskiej spółki zależnej Eurotech Leisure Ltd., która została sprzedana w sierpniu b.r. Ponadto warunki pogodowe we wrześniu były ekstremalnie niekorzystne dla sprzedaży towarów jesienno-zimowych (zbyt wysokie temperatury i brak deszczu) w porównaniu do roku ubiegłego. Zarząd oczekuje znaczącej poprawy jednostkowych wyników sprzedaży w kolejnych miesiącach roku obrotowego. Jednocześnie Emitent przypomina, iż pełna informacja nt. wyników finansowych osiągniętych w perspektywie okresu obejmującego miesiące marzec-wrzesień 2009 roku zaprezentowana zostanie w półrocznym raporcie okresowym za pierwszą połowę roku obrotowego 2009/2010, którego publikacja przewidziana jest na dzień 30 października 2009 r. oraz w raporcie okresowym za trzeci kwartał roku obrotowego 2009/2010, którego publikacja przewidziana jest na dzień 14 stycznia 2010 r. |

| The Management Board of "Euromark Polska" S.A. (Issuer) in connection with the information policy started and described in the current report no. 3/2009 dated 8th of April 2009 informs that consolidated sales results of the Capital Group in September 2009 amounted to 6,159 thousand PLN and were lower than results reached in September in the previous year by 28%. Consolidated sales results for the period March-September 2009 amounted to 61,265 thousand PLN and were higher than in the same period last year by 7.3%. Stand-alone sales results of „Euromark Polska” S.A. in September 2009 amounted to 5,786 thousand PLN and were 21,8% lower than results reached in September in the previous year. Stand-alone sales results for the period March-September 2009 amounted to 40,623 thousand PLN and were lower than in the same period last year by 0.9%. Consolidated results of the Capital Group for September do not include the British subsidiary Eurotech Leisure Ltd., which was sold in August this year. Furthermore weather conditions in September were extremely unfavorable for sales of Autumn/Winter goods (it was too warm and no rain) in comparison to the previous year. The Management Board expects that stand alone results will improve during next months of the financial year. At the same time the Issuer reminds that full information concerning financial results reached in the period March-September 2009 will be presented in the extended consolidated half-year financial statement for the first half of the financial year 2009/2010, which shall be published on 30th October 2009 and in the quarter financial statement for the third quarter of the financial year 2009/2010, which shall be published on 14th January 2010. |
