| Na podstawie § 100 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 października 2005 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych, Zarząd Euromark Polska S.A. przedstawia terminy przekazywania do publicznej wiadomości raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2008/2009. Rok obrotowy Euromark Polska S.A. rozpoczyna sie 1 marca, a kończy z ostatnim dniem lutego roku następnego. Zarząd Euromark Polska S.A. podtrzymuje oświadczenie złożone w raporcie bieżącym nr 10/2006 z dnia 4 października 2006 r. o przekazywaniu skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających skrócone kwartalne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 87 ust.1 wymienionego Rozporządzenia. Jednocześnie zgodnie z § 87 ust. 4 wymienionego wyżej Rozporządzenia Zarząd Euromark Polska S.A. informuje, że w raporcie skonsolidowanym półrocznym zawarte będą odpowiednio półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdania finansowe. I Raporty kwartalne: Skonsolidowany rozszerzony raport kwartalny (QSr) za IV kwartał roku obrotowego 2007/2008 – 29 kwietnia 2008 r. Skonsolidowany rozszerzony raport kwartalny (QSr) za I kwartał roku obrotowego 2008/2009 – 15 lipca 2008 r. Skonsolidowany rozszerzony raport kwartalny (QSr) za II kwartał roku obrotowego 2008/2009 - 15 października 2008 r. Skonsolidowany rozszerzony raport kwartalny (QSr) za III kwartał roku obrotowego 2008/2009 – 14 stycznia 2009 r. II. Raport półroczny: Skonsolidowany rozszerzony raport półroczny (PSr) za I półrocze roku obrotowego 2008/2009 – 1 grudnia 2008 r. III Raporty roczne: Jednostkowy raport roczny Euromark Polska S.A. (R) za rok obrotowy 2007/2008 – 5 sierpnia 2008 r. Skonsolidowany raport roczny Grupy Kapitałowej (RS) za rok obrotowy 2007/2008 – 5 sierpnia 2008 r. |

| Pursuant to § 100 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19th of October 2005 on the current and periodic information to be published by the issuers of securities, the Management Board of Euromark Polska S.A. hereby announces the schedule of periodic reports to be published in the financial year 2008/2009. Financial year of Euromark Polska S.A. begins on the 1st of March and ends with the last day of February of the following year. The Management Board of Euromark Polska S.A. maintains the statement placed in the current report no. 10/2006 on 4th of October 2006 on publishing consolidated quarterly reports which contain consolidated extended quarterly financial information pursuant to § 87 of the aforementioned Regulation. By the same means, pursuant to § 87 item 4 of the aforementioned Regulation, the Management Board of Euromark Polska S.A. informs that the consolidated half – year report will also include the abridged half – year stand alone financial statements. I Quarterly reports: Extended consolidated report (QSr) for Q4 of 2007/2008 financial year – 29th of April 2008. Extended consolidated report (QSr) for Q1 of 2008/2009 financial year – 15th of July 2008. Extended consolidated report (QSr) for Q2 of 2008/2009 financial year – 15th of October 2008. Extended consolidated report (QSr) for Q3 of 2008/2009 financial year – 14th of January 2009. II Half year report: Consolidated extended half-year report (PSr) for the H1 of 2008/2009 financial year – 1st of December 2008. III Annual reports: Stand alone annual report (R) for the financial year 2007/2008 – 5th of August 2008. Consolidated annual report of the Capital Group (RS) for the financial year 2007/2008 –5th of August 2008. |
