| Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. („Bank”) ogłasza daty przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2020 roku: 1. Jednostkowy raport roczny Banku za rok kończący się 31 grudnia 2019 roku oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny Grupy Kapitałowej Banku za rok kończący się 31 grudnia 2019 roku: – w dniu 27 lutego 2020 roku. 2. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny Grupy Kapitałowej Banku za I kwartał 2020 roku: – w dniu 28 kwietnia 2020 roku. 3. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny Grupy Kapitałowej Banku za I półrocze 2020 roku: – w dniu 5 sierpnia 2020 roku. 4. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny Grupy Kapitałowej Banku za III kwartał 2020 roku: – w dniu 5 listopada 2020 roku. Ponadto, Bank informuje, że w publikowanych skonsolidowanych raportach kwartalnych i skonsolidowanym raporcie półrocznym Bank będzie zamieszczał odpowiednio jednostkowe kwartalne informacje finansowe i półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdanie finansowe. Bank ponadto informuje o niepublikowaniu raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2019 roku oraz za II kwartał 2020 roku. Podstawa prawna: § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. |

| UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION 13.12.2019 - Report 35/2019: Dates of financial report releases of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. in year 2020Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. (the “Bank”) hereby informs on dates of periodical financial report releases in year 2020:1. Standalone annual report of the Bank for the year ending 31st December 2019 and consolidated annual report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the year ending 31st December 2019:- on 27th February 2020.2. Consolidated quarterly report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the first quarter of 2020:- on 28th April 2020.3. Consolidated semi-annual report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the first half of 2020:- on 5th August 2020.4. Consolidated quarterly report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the third quarter of 2020:- on 5th November 2020.Additionally, the Bank informs that the published consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated semi-annual report will include standalone quarterly financial information and condensed standalone semi-annual financial statement, respectively.Additionally, the Bank informs that it will not publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2019 and for the second quarter of 2020.Legal basis:§ 80 section 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance, dated 29 March 2018 re: current and periodical information submitted by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering as equal the information required by the legal provisions of the non-member country. |
