| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 1/2023 z dnia 19 stycznia 2023 r., Zarząd PCF Group S.A. informuje o zmianie terminu publikacji skonsolidowanego oraz jednostkowego raportu rocznego za 2022 rok. Skonsolidowany oraz jednostkowy raport roczny Grupy Kapitałowej PCF Group S.A. oraz PCF Group S.A. za 2022 rok zostanie opublikowany 28 kwietnia 2023 r. Stanowi to zmianę terminu publikacji powyższych raportów, który w raporcie bieżącym nr 1/2023 z dnia 19 stycznia 2023 r. został określony na 27 kwietnia 2023 r. |

| Change of the publication date of annual reports for 2022With reference to the current report no. 1/2023 dated 19 January 2023, the Management Board of PCF Group S.A. hereby announces the change of the publication date of the consolidated and standalone annual reports for the year 2022. The consolidated and standalone annual reports of, respectively, the Capital Group of PCF Group S.A. and PCF Group S.A. for the year 2022 will be published on 28 April 2023. This constitutes the change of the publication date of the above reports, which in the current report no. 1/2023 dated 19 January 2023 was set for 27 April 2023. |
