| Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 8 grudnia 2021 Emitent dokonał szacunkowego ustalenia wstępnych wyników finansowych Spółki za listopad 2021 roku. Przychody ze sprzedaży za listopad 2021 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 2,53 mln PLN. Wynik netto za listopad 2021 roku spodziewany jest na poziomie -0,05 mln PLN. Stan środków pieniężnych na rachunkach bankowych Spółki wynosił na koniec listopada 2021 3,0 mln PLN. Narastająco za pierwsze jedenaście miesięcy 2021 roku Emitent spodziewa się następujących wyników: przychody ze sprzedaży na poziomie 21,45 mln PLN, wynik brutto na poziomie -2,01 mln PLN, EBITDA na poziomie 3,6 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie -2,01 mln PLN. Zarząd informuje, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Ostateczna informacja o wyniku oraz przychodach ze sprzedaży uwzględniająca dane za wskazany okres zostanie zamieszczona w raporcie za 2021 rok. |

(hereinafter referred to as: the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on December 8th, 2021, the Issuer made an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financial results for November 2021.</font></span> </b> </p> <p dir="ltr" align="justify" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt"> <b charset="utf-8" id="docs-internal-guid-37dbfbf0-7fff-a3b2-543e-68f4f619d484"><span style="font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap"><font size="10pt" face="Lato,sans-serif" color="#1f497d">Sales revenue for November 2021 is expected at PLN 2.53 million. The net result for November 2021 is expected at the level of PLN -0.05 million.
