| Zarząd Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 14 lutego 2025 r. Spółka zawarła z Małopolskim Centrum Przedsiębiorczości ("MCP") umowę o dofinansowanie ("Umowa") projektu Spółki pod nazwą " InfraADC - Infrastruktura badawcza umożliwiająca prace badawczo-rozwojowe nad koniugatami lek-przeciwciało (ADC) jako nowej generacji terapii celowanych w onkologii" ("Projekt"). O rekomendowaniu Projektu do dofinansowania Spółka informowała w raporcie bieżącym 35/2024 z dnia 29 listopada 2024 r. Celem Projektu jest wdrożenie nowych, niewykorzystywanych dotychczas przez Spółkę technologii oraz adaptacji laboratoriów DMPK (bioanalitycznego), biochemicznego i biologicznego. W ramach Projektu Spółka planuje zakup specjalistycznej aparatury badawczej oraz oprogramowania sterującego i wspierającego pracę tych urządzeń. Nabyte wyposażenie umożliwi pracę nad technologią koniugatów lek-przeciwciało (ang. Antibody-Drug Conjugate, ADC). W ramach zakładanych prac B+R, Spółka planuje uruchomienie nowych procesów produkcyjnych, rozumianych jako proces badawczy odkrywania i rozwoju innowacyjnych leków onkologicznych oraz poszerzenie swojego portfolio produktów o projekty ADC w onkologii. - całkowita wartość Projektu wynosi: 7 523 159,70 zł; - rekomendowana wartość dofinansowania: 3 085 312,00 zł; - planowany okres realizacji Projektu: 24 miesiące. Przyznane w związku z zawarciem Umowy dofinansowanie ograniczy wykorzystanie środków własnych Spółki. |

| Conclusion of funding agreement with the Małopolska Centre for Entrepreneurship The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. with its registered office in Krakow, Poland ("Company") informs that on February 14, 2025, a funding agreement ("Agreement") was concluded with the Małopolska Centre for Entrepreneurship ("MCP") for the Company’s project titled: "InfraADC - Research infrastructure enabling R&D activities on Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC) as next generation targeted therapies in oncology" ("Project"). The Company informed about recommending the Project for funding in the current report 35/2024 dated November 29, 2024. The aim of the Project is to implement new technologies, not used by the Company so far, and the required adaptation of DMPK (bioanalytical), biochemical and biological laboratories. As part of the Project, the Company plans to purchase specialist research equipment and software to control and support the operation of these devices. The acquired equipment will enable work on the technology of drug-antibody conjugates (ADC). As part of the planned R&D work, the Company plans to launch new production processes, understood as a research process for the discovery and development of innovative oncological drugs, and to expand its product portfolio with ADC projects in oncology. - the total value of the Project is: PLN 7,523,159.70. - recommended amount of the funding: PLN 3,085,312.00; - assumed Project implementation period: 24 months.
