| Zarząd Play Communications S.A. („Spółka”) informuje o zakończeniu w dniu 25 sierpnia 2017 roku okresu stabilizacji kursu akcji Spółki notowanych na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. Zasady stabilizacji przedstawione zostały w prospekcie Spółki zatwierdzonym w dniu 30 czerwca 2017 r. przez luksemburską Komisję Nadzoru Finansowego - Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier. Funkcję menedżera stabilizacji pełnił spółki J.P. Morgan Securities plc. Okresem stabilizacji kursu akcji był okres od dnia 27 lipca 2017 roku do dnia 25 sierpnia 2017 roku. Opcja dodatkowego przydziału nie została wykonana. 11.052.056 akcji pożyczonych J.P. Morgan Securities plc jako menedżerowi stabilizacji na okres stabilizacji zostanie zwrotnie przeniesione na akcjonariusza sprzedającego. W rezultacie, łączna liczba akcji sprzedanych w ramach oferty wynosi 110.520.565 akcji. Podstawa prawna: Art. 6 ust. 3 rozporządzenia delegowanego Komisji (UE) 2016/1052 z dnia 8 marca 2016 r. uzupełniającego rozporządzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 w odniesieniu do regulacyjnych standardów technicznych dotyczących warunków mających zastosowanie do programów odkupu i środków stabilizacji. |

| 31 August 2017 Current Report No. 19/2017 The stabilisation period of the market prices of the shares in the Company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange ended on 25 August 2017 The Board of Play Communications S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that the stabilisation period of the market prices of the shares in the Company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) ended on 25 August 2017. The terms and conditions of the execution of stabilisation transactions were presented in the prospectus approved on 30 June 2017 by the Luxembourg Financial Supervision Authority (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier). The stabilising manager was J.P. Morgan Securities plc. The period during which the share prices were being stabilised was the period from 27 July 2017 to 25 August 2017.
