| Zarząd spółki Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (dalej "Spółka") podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2016: 1. Jednostkowy i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2015 r. - 15 marca 2016 r. 2. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2016 r. - 12 maja 2016 r. 3. Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2016 r. - 31 sierpnia 2016 r. 4. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2016 r. - 14 listopada 2016 r. Jednocześnie Spółka oświadcza, że: - zgodnie z § 83 ust.1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie") Spółka nie będzie publikować odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych, w związku z czym skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne będą zawierały jednostkową kwartalną informację finansową, - zgodnie z § 102 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia, Spółka nie będzie publikowała skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał 2015 r., - zgodnie z § 101 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia, Spółka nie będzie publikowała skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za II kwartał 2016 r., - zgodnie z § 83 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, Spółka nie będzie publikowała jednostkowego raportu półrocznego, w związku z czym w skonsolidowanym raporcie półrocznym będzie zamieszczone skrócone jednostkowe półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe wraz z raportem podmiotu uprawionego do badania sprawozdań oraz skróconą informacją dodatkową. Podstawa prawna: § 103 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. U. z 2009 r. Nr 33 poz. 259 z późn. zm.). |

| Current report No. 1/2016 of January 18, 2016 Publication dates of interim reports in the financial year of 2016 Legal basis: Article 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodical information The management board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (the "Company") announces the publication dates of interim reports in the financial year of 2016: 1. Separate and consolidated annual reports for 2015 - March 15, 2016 2. Consolidated quarterly report for 1st quarter of 2016 - May 12, 2016 3. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2016 - August 31, 2016 4. Consolidated quarterly report for 3rd quarter of 2016 - November 14, 2016 The Company further declares that: - in accordance with § 83.1 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and the conditions of recognizing information required by the regulations of non-member states as equivalent (the "Regulation"), separate quarterly reports will not be published by the Company and therefore consolidated quarterly reports will contain separate quarterly financial information, - in accordance with § 102.1 of the Regulation, the consolidated quarterly report for 4th quarter of 2015 will not be published by the Company, - in accordance with § 101.2 of the Regulation, the consolidated quarterly report for 2nd quarter of 2016 will not be published by the Company, - in accordance with § 83.3 of the Regulation, the separate semi-annual report will not be published by the Company and therefore the consolidated semi-annual report will contain condensed semi-annual financial statements with a report of the entity authorized to audit financial statements and condensed additional information.
