| Zarząd ING Banku Śląskiego S.A. („Bank”) informuje, że otrzymał 26 kwietnia 2023 roku informację od Bankowego Funduszu Gwarancyjnego o wysokości rocznej składki na fundusz przymusowej restrukturyzacji banków za 2023 rok. Łączny koszt dla Grupy Kapitałowej Banku wynosi 153,57 mln PLN, łącznie z korektą składek za 2022 rok. Cała ta kwota zostanie zaksięgowana w ciężar kosztów pierwszego kwartału 2023 roku. Wartość przypadająca na Bank to 151,43 mln PLN, a na ING Bank Hipoteczny S.A. to 2,14 mln PLN. Podstawa prawna: art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 roku (Rozporządzenie MAR). |

| 2023-04-26 Report No. 13/2023: Amount of the 2023 annual contribution to the resolution fund of the Bank Guarantee Fund. The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby give notice that they received on 26 April 2023 a notice from the Bank Guarantee Fund on the amount of the 2023 annual contribution to the resolution fund of banks. The contribution of Bank Group amounts to PLN 153.57 million, including an adjustment of the contributions for 2022. The entire amount will be recognised in costs for the first quarter of 2023. The value attributable to the Bank is PLN 151.43 million, and to ING Bank Hipoteczny S.A. is PLN 2.14 million.
