| Zarząd "Euromark Polska" S.A. (Emitent) w nawiązaniu do polityki rozpoczętej i opisanej w raporcie bieżącym nr 3/2009 z dnia 08 kwietnia 2009r. informuje, że skonsolidowane wyniki sprzedaży netto Grupy Kapitałowej w czerwcu 2009 roku wyniosły 10.270 tysięcy złotych i były wyższe od osiągniętych w czerwcu roku ubiegłego o 24,7%. W okresie marzec-czerwiec skonsolidowane wyniki sprzedaży wyniosły 33.286 tysięcy złotych i były wyższe od osiągniętych w analogicznym okresie roku ubiegłego o 8,9%. Jednostkowe wyniki sprzedaży "Euromark Polska" S.A. w czerwcu 2009 roku wyniosły 6.040 tysiące złotych i były wyższe od osiągniętych w czerwcu roku ubiegłego o 15,2%. W okresie marzec-czerwiec jednostkowe wyniki sprzedaży wyniosły 21.265 tysięcy złotych i były wyższe od osiągniętych w analogicznym okresie roku ubiegłego o 8,2%. Jednocześnie Emitent przypomina, iż pełna informacja nt. wyników finansowych osiągniętych w perspektywie okresu obejmującego miesiące marzec, kwiecień, maj i czerwiec zaprezentowana zostanie w rozszerzonym skonsolidowanym raporcie okresowym za I kwartał roku obrotowego 2009/2010, którego publikacja przewidziana jest na dzień 15 lipca 2009 r. oraz w półrocznym raporcie okresowym za pierwszą połowę roku obrotowego 2009/2010, którego publikacja przewidziana jest na dzień 30 października 2009 r. |

| The Management Board of "Euromark Polska" S.A. (Issuer) in connection with the information policy started and described in the current report no. 3/2009 dated 8th of April 2009 informs that consolidated sales results of the Capital Group in June 2009 amounted to 10.270 thousand PLN and were higher than results reached in June in the previous year by 24,7%. Consolidated sales results for the period March-June 2009 amounted to 33.286 thousand PLN and were higher than in the same period last year by 8,9%. Stand-alone sales results of „Euromark Polska” S.A. in June 2009 amounted to 6.040 thousand PLN and were 15,2% higher than results reached in June in the previous year. Stand-alone sales results for the period March-June 2009 amounted to 21.265 thousand PLN and were higher than in the same period last year by 8,2%. At the same time the Issuer reminds that full information concerning financial results reached in the period containing March, April, May and June results will be presented in the extended consolidated financial statement for the Q1 of the financial year 2009/2010, which shall be published on 15th of July 2009 and in the extended consolidated half-year financial statement for the first half of the financial year 2009/2010, which shall be published on 30th October 2009. |
