| W nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących o numerach 29/2012 oraz 36-38/2012 dotyczących relacji Euromark Polska S.A. (Emitent, Spółka) z bankami finansującymi działalność Emitenta poprzez zawarte umowy kredytowe, tj. bankami Millennium Bank S.A., BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. oraz BRE Bank S.A. (łącznie jako Banki), Zarząd Emitenta informuje, iż w dniu 30 października 2012 roku odbyły się spotkania z Bankami, w wyniku których Emitent rozpoczął negocjacje w celu wypracowania wspólnych zasad dalszej współpracy pomiędzy Spółką a Bankami. | ||||||||||||

| Referring to current reports no. 29/2012 and 36-38/2012 regarding the relations of Euromark Polska S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) with the banks financing the Issuer’s activity by loan agreements signed with them, i.e. Millennium Bank S.A., BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and BRE Bank S.A. (together as Banks), the Management Board of the Issuer informs that on 30th October 2012 meetings with the Banks took place, as a result of which the Issuer started negotiations in order to develop common rules for further cooperation between the Company and the Banks. |
