| Zarząd „DINO POLSKA” S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że 14 lutego 2022 r. podjął decyzję w sprawie rozpoczęcia budowy nowego centrum dystrybucyjnego Spółki w miejscowości Kaliska w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim (”Inwestycja”). W związku z Inwestycją Spółka będzie zawierała szereg umów z niezależnymi od Spółki podmiotami wyspecjalizowanymi w realizacji takiej inwestycji, w tym z podmiotem, który będzie pełnił rolę generalnego wykonawcy. Inwestycja będzie polegała na kompleksowej budowie i wyposażeniu m.in. mroźni, chłodni, magazynów z kontrolowaną temperaturą, magazynu suchego oraz części socjalno-biurowych wraz z towarzyszącą infrastrukturą techniczną, drogami wewnętrznymi i miejscami parkingowymi. Planowana łączna powierzchnia magazynowa centrum dystrybucyjnego wyniesie ok. 45 tys. metrów kwadratowych. Szacowane nakłady inwestycyjne wyniosą około 130 mln PLN (netto) i zostaną sfinansowane ze środków własnych Spółki oraz z kredytów bankowych. Celem nowego centrum dystrybucyjnego będzie obsługa dostaw towarów do rosnącej liczby sklepów Dino i wsparcie dalszej ekspansji geograficznej sieci. Spółka oczekuje, że zakończenie Inwestycji nastąpi na przełomie 2022 i 2023 r. |

| Topic: Decision on building a new distribution centerContent: The Management Board of „DINO POLSKA” S.A. (“Company”) reports that on 14 February 2022 it made the decision to commence the construction of the Company’s new distribution center in the community of Kaliska in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodship (“Investment”). In connection with this Investment the Company will enter into a number of contracts with entities independent of the Company that specialize in the execution of such investment, including the entity that will play the role of general contractor. This investment will involve the comprehensive construction and fit-out of the freezer, refrigerated storage area, controlled-temperature warehouses, dry goods warehouse and social and office space with the accompanying technical infrastructure, internal roads and parking spots. The total planned warehouse space of this distribution center will be 45 thousand square meters.The (net) estimated investment expenditures are approximately PLN 130 million and will be financed using the Company’s own funds and bank loans. The purpose of the new distribution center is to handle the deliveries of goods to the growing number of Dino stores and support the network’s ongoing geographic expansion. The Company anticipates that the construction of the distribution center will be completed at the turn of 2022 and 2023.
