| Zarząd spółki CI Games S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”), działając na podstawie przepisu § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. z 2018 r. poz. 757; “Rozporządzenie”), podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania przez Spółkę raportów okresowych w 2023 roku: 1. Raport okresowy za rok 2022: - Jednostkowy oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2022 – 18 kwietnia 2023. 2. Raporty okresowe za rok 2023: - Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2023 r. – 25 maja 2023 r. - Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2023 r. – 7 września 2023 r. - Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2023 r. – 23 listopad 2023 r. Ponadto Zarząd Spółki informuje, że stosownie do przepisu § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Spółka nie będzie publikować raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2022 roku oraz za II kwartał 2023 roku. W raportach skonsolidowanych: kwartalnych i półrocznym publikowanych przez Spółkę zawarte będą odpowiednio kwartalne i półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdania finansowe. Zgodnie z przepisami § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Spółka nie będzie przekazywać zatem odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych oraz odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego. |

| Current report number: 3/2023Date: 26 January 2023 Legal basis: Current and Periodic Information Subject: Publication dates of periodic reports in 2023 The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”), acting pursuant to the provisions of § 80 item 1 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757 “Regulation”), hereby informs about the dates of Company’s periodic reports publication in 2023: 1. Periodic report for the year 2022: - Individual and consolidated annual report for 2022 - 18 April 2023. 2. Periodic reports for the year 2023: - Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2023 - 25 May 2023 - Consolidated mid-year report for the 1st half of 2023 - 7 September 2023 - Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2023 - 23 November 2023 Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that in accordance with § 79 item 2 of the Regulation, the Company shall not publish quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2022 and 2nd quarter of 2023. In the consolidated reports: quarterly and mid-year reports published by the Company will present the quarterly and mid-year abbreviated individual financial statements respectively. In accordance with the provisions of § 62 items 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish individual quarterly reports and separate individual mid-year report.
