| Zarząd CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 6 czerwca 2023 roku Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki podjęło uchwałę w przedmiocie wypłaty dywidendy w wysokości 99.910.510,00 zł, tj. w kwocie 1,00 zł na każdą uczestniczącą w dywidendzie akcję Spółki. Dzień dywidendy ustalony został na 13 czerwca 2023 roku, a dzień wypłaty dywidendy na 20 czerwca 2023 roku. Do dywidendy uprawnionych jest 99.910.510 akcji Spółki, co stanowi łączną liczbę akcji Spółki pomniejszoną o akcje własne Spółki posiadane przez nią na dzień publikacji niniejszego raportu bieżącego (860.290 akcji). |

| Current report no. 28/2023 Subject: Information on the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting concerning the dividend payment Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act - current and periodic information The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that on 6 June 2023 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company passed a resolution concerning payment of the dividend in the amount of PLN 99,910,510.00, i.e. PLN 1.00 per each Company’s share participating in the dividend. The dividend record date has been set for 13 June 2023 and the dividend payment date for 20 June 2023. There are 99,910,510 Company shares which confer the right to the dividend, what corresponds to the total number of Company’s shares deducted by the Company’s own shares held by the Company as of the publication date of this current report (860,290 shares).
