| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 1/2021 z dnia 4 stycznia 2021 r., Zarząd BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. informuje o zmianie terminu publikacji skonsolidowanego oraz jednostkowego raportu rocznego za 2020 r. Skonsolidowany oraz jednostkowy raport roczny Grupy Kapitałowej Banku oraz Banku za 2020 r. zostanie opublikowany 26 lutego 2021 r. Stanowi to zmianę terminu publikacji powyższych raportów, który w raporcie bieżącym nr 1/2021 z dnia 4 stycznia 2021 r. został określony na 9 marca 2021 r. Podstawa prawna § 80 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. poz. 757). |

| Change of the publication date of annual reports for 2020 current report no. 4/2021 date: 17 February 2021 With reference to the current report no. 1/2021 dated 4 January 2021, the Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. hereby announces the change of the publication date of the consolidated and standalone annual reports for the year 2020. The consolidated and standalone annual reports of the Bank's Group and the Bank for the year 2020 will be published on 26 February 2021. It constitutes the change of the publication date of the above reports, which in the current report no. 1/2021 dated 4 January 2021 was set for 9 March 2021. Legal basis § 80 section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states. |
