| Zarząd BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. („Bank”) przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości harmonogram publikacji raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2024 oraz raportów rocznych dotyczących tego roku: 1. Raporty roczne 2023 - Jednostkowy raport roczny za rok 2023 – 1 marca 2024 r. - Skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2023 – 1 marca 2024 r. (co stanowi zmianę terminu publikacji niniejszych raportów, którą Bank w raporcie bieżącym nr 29/2022 z 12 grudnia 2022 r. wyznaczył na 29 lutego 2024 r.) 2. Raporty kwartalne 2024 - Skonsolidowany raport za I kwartał 2024 r. – 14 maja 2024 r. - Skonsolidowany raport za III kwartał 2024 r. – 7 listopada 2024 r. 3. Raport półroczny 2024 - Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2024 r. – 13 sierpnia 2024 r. 4. Raporty roczne 2024 - Jednostkowy raport roczny za rok 2024 – 27 lutego 2025 r. - Skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2024 – 27 lutego 2025 r. Jednocześnie Zarząd Banku informuje, iż działając na podstawie § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”), Bank odstępuje od publikacji jednostkowych i skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2023 r. oraz za II i IV kwartał 2024 r. Zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, Zarząd Banku oświadcza, że w roku 2024 skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne będą zawierać jednostkowe kwartalne informacje finansowe, a skonsolidowany raport półroczny będzie zawierać półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdanie finansowe. | Schedule of periodical reports disclosure by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. in 2024 current report no. 47/2023 date: 30 November 2023 The Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby announces the scheduled dates of disclosing periodical reports in 2024 as well as annual reports related to this year: 1. Annual reports 2023 - Stand-alone annual report for 2023 – 1 March 2024 - Consolidated annual report for 2023 – 1 March 2024 (this constitutes the change of the publication date of these reports which the Bank previously set up for 29 February 2024 - current report no. 29/2022 dated 12 December 2022) 2. Quarterly reports 2024 - Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 – 14 May 2024 - Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 – 7 November 2024 3. Semi-annual report 2024 - Consolidated report for the first half of 2024 – 13 August 2024 4. Annual reports 2024 - Stand-alone annual report for 2024 – 27 February 2025 - Consolidated annual report for 2024 – 27 February 2025 Simultaneously, the Management Board of the Bank, acting pursuant to Article 79 item 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states (“the Ordinance”), has refrained from disclosing of the stand-alone and the consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2023, the second quarter of 2024 and the fourth quarter of 2024. Pursuant to Article 62 items 1 and 3 of the Ordinance, the Management Board of the Bank declares that in 2024 the consolidated quarterly reports will include the stand-alone quarterly financial statements and the consolidated semi-annual report will include the abbreviated semi-annual stand-alone financial statements.
