| Zarząd Berg Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Katowicach [Spółka, Emitent] w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 1/2021 z dnia 5 stycznia 2021 roku w sprawie zawarcia przez spółkę współzależną od Farmy Fotowoltaiki S.A. tj. Columbus & Farmy Sp. z o.o. [C&F] przedwstępnej umowy nabycia projektu fotowoltaicznego informuje, że Zarząd spółki zależnej od C&F tj. Farma F10 Sp. z o.o. [Farma F10] z siedzibą w Katowicach, w wyniku wykonania umowy przedwstępnej zawarł umowę przyrzeczoną nabycia projektu elektrownii fotowoltaicznej o mocy 2 x 0,85 MW, na nieruchomości zlokalizowanej we wsi Miejsce Piastowe, województwo podkarpackie [Projekt Miejsce Piastowe]. Na mocy przedmiotowej umowy strony ustaliły, iż przeniesienie prawa własności Projektu Miejsce Piastowe na spółkę Farma F10 nastąpi, z chwilą zapłaty ceny wynoszącej 300 tys. zł. W ocenie Zarządu Emitenta informacja o zawarciu umowy ma charakter informacji poufnej z uwagi na fakt, iż jej realizacja będzie miała istotny wpływ na przychody finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta. |
