| Raport Bieżący nr 4/2021 z dnia 22 kwietnia 2021 Zmiana terminu publikacji jednostkowego oraz skonsolidowanego raportu rocznego za rok 2020 Rada Dyrektorów Atlas Estates Limited („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 1/2021 z dnia 27 stycznia 2021 r., że zmianie uległ termin publikacji jednostkowego i skonsolidowanego raportu rocznego za rok 2020. Raporty te zostaną opublikowane w dniu 30 kwietnia 2021 roku; poprzedni termin to 27 kwietnia 2021 roku. W związku z powyższym Rada Dyrektorów Spółki podaje do publicznej wiadomości zaktualizowane daty przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2021 roku: 1. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne zawierające jednostkowe informacje finansowe: - pierwszy kwartał 2021 roku – 31 maja 2021 roku; - trzeci kwartał 2021 roku – 24 listopada 2021 roku; 2. Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2021 r. zawierające skrócone jednostkowe informacje finansowe – 14 września 2021 roku. 3. Jednostkowy raport roczny oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2020 – 30 kwietnia 2021 roku. Rada Dyrektorów Spółki oświadcza ponadto, iż: - zgodnie z §62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia, Spółka zamierza przekazywać skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne zawierające kwartalną informację finansową oraz skonsolidowany raport półroczny zawierający jednostkowe półroczne skrócone sprawozdanie finansowe, - zgodnie z §79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Spółka nie ma obowiązku przekazywania raportu kwartalnego i skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za drugi i ostatni kwartał roku obrotowego. Podstawa prawna: §80 ust.2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. z 2018 r. poz. 757) („Rozporządzenie”) |

| Current report no. 4/2021 dated 22 April 2021 Change of the announcement date of the stand alone and consolidated annual report for 2020 The Board of Directors of Atlas Estates Limited (the “Company”) hereby informs, in reference to the current report no 1/2021 dated 27 January 2021, that the announcement date of the stand alone and consolidated annual report for 2020 has been changed. These reports will be published on April 30, 2021; the previous date was April 27. In view of the above, the Board of the Directors of the Company announces the updated dates of publication of the interim reports in 2021: 1. Consolidated quarterly reports including stand alone financial information: - First quarter 2021 – 31 May 2021 - Third quarter 2021 – 24 November 2021 2. Half year consolidated report for 2021 including stand alone financial information – 14 September 2021. 3. Stand alone and consolidated annual report for 2020 – 30 April 2021. The Board of Directors of the Company represents further that: - in accordance with § 62 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation the Company intends to publish consolidated quarterly reports including stand alone financial information and a consolidated half year report including stand alone financial information, - in accordance with § 79 sections 2 of the Regulation the Company is not obliged to publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter and the final quarter of the financial year. Legal basis: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a nonmember state (Polish Journal of Laws of 2018, Item 757) (“Regulation”) |
