| Zarząd Arctic Paper S.A. („Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 15 listopada 2024 roku powziął informację o udzieleniu spółce zależnej Arctic Paper Kostrzyn S.A. pomocy publicznej z tytułu przenoszenia kosztów zakupu uprawnień do emisji na ceny energii elektrycznej zużywanej do wytwarzania produktów w sektorach lub podsektorach energochłonnych za rok 2023 („Rekompensata”) w łącznej wysokości 31,2 mln złotych. Emitent szacuje, że wysokość przyznanej Rekompensaty będzie miała istotny wpływ na wyniki osiągane przez Arctic Paper Kostrzyn S.A. w czwartym kwartale 2024 roku. Podstawa prawna przekazania raportu: Art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) oraz uchylającego dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE. |

| Current report number 24/2024 Dated: 15th November 2024 Subject: Granting compensation to the Issuer's subsidiary based on the Act on the compensation system for energy-intensive sectors and subsectors General legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 of MAR – inside information Content: Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") informs that on November 15th, 2024 it received information about granting the subsidiary Arctic Paper Kostrzyn S.A. public aid for the transfer of the costs of purchasing emission allowances to the prices of electricity used to produce products in energy-intensive sectors or subsectors for year 2023 ("Compensation") in the total amount of PLN 31.2 million. The Issuer estimates that the amount of the granted Compensation will have a significant impact on the results achieved by Arctic Paper Kostrzyn S.A. in the fourth quarter of 2024. Specific legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC. |
