| Acting under par. 11.1 of the Regulation on Electronic Information Transmission System (ESPI) (as adopted by the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority) the Board of Directors of Agroton Public Limited (“Agroton") informs that, as of today, Agroton joins ESPI and starts publication of its reports. In addition, acting under Article 56.6 in conjunction with Article 55(a).1.1 of the Polish Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies dated July 29, 2005 (the "Polish Offering Act"), Agroton, as a company with its registered seat in Cyprus, will comply with Cyprus law with respect to the scope and timing of publication of its disclosure obligations. All the reports will be published in English language. |
