| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 2/2022 z dnia 20 stycznia 2022 r., Zarząd PCF Group S.A. informuje o zmianie terminu publikacji skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego za I półrocze 2022 roku. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny Grupy Kapitałowej PCF Group S.A. oraz PCF Group S.A. za I półrocze 2022 roku zostanie opublikowany 29 września 2022 r. Stanowi to zmianę terminu publikacji powyższego raportu, który w raporcie bieżącym nr 2/2022 z dnia 20 stycznia 2022 r. został określony na 26 września 2022 r. |

| Change of the publication date of semi-annual report for the first half of 2022With reference to the current report no. 2/2022 dated 20 January 2022, the Management Board of PCF Group S.A. hereby announces the change of the publication date of the consolidated report for the first half of 2022. The consolidated semi-annual report of the Capital Group of PCF Group S.A. and PCF Group S.A. for the first half of 2022 will be published on 29 September 2022. This constitutes the change of the publication date of the above report, which in the current report no. 2/2022 dated 20 January 2022 was set for 26 September 2022. |
