| Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 14 listopada 2022 Emitent dokonał szacunkowego ustalenia wstępnych wyników finansowych Spółki za październik 2022 roku. Przychody ze sprzedaży za październik 2022 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 2,40 mln PLN. Wynik brutto na poziomie -0,93 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie -0,93 mln PLN. Stan środków pieniężnych na rachunkach bankowych Spółki na koniec października 2022 wynosił 3,93 mln PLN. Narastająco za pierwsze dziesięć miesięcy 2022 roku Emitent spodziewa się następujących wyników: przychody ze sprzedaży na poziomie 34,22 mln PLN, wynik brutto na poziomie 2,97 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie 2,98 mln PLN i EBITDA na poziomie 6,49 mln PLN. Zarząd informuje, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Dane za rok 2022 będą podlegały weryfikacji zarówno wewnętrznej jak i w procesie przeglądu i badania przez biegłego rewidenta. Ostateczna informacja o wyniku oraz przychodach ze sprzedaży uwzględniająca dane za wskazany okres zostanie zamieszczona sprawozdaniu rocznym za rok 2022. |

| MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION) | |||
| The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on November 14th, 2022, the Issuer made an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financial results for October 2022. Sales revenue for October 2022 is expected at PLN 2.40 million. The gross result at PLN -0.93 million, net result at the level of PLN -0.93 million. The balance of cash in the Company's bank accounts is PLN 3.93 million. Cumulatively, for the first nine months of 2022, the Issuer expects the following results: sales revenues at the level of PLN 34.22 million, gross result at the level of PLN 2.97 million, net result at the level of PLN 2.98 million and EBITDA at the level of PLN 6.49 million. The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data, which may differ from the final data. Data for 2022 will be verified both internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and the final information on the result and sales revenues, taking into account the data for the indicated period, will be included in the annual report for 2022.
