| Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 20 stycznia 2023 Emitent dokonał szacunkowego ustalenia wstępnych wyników finansowych Spółki za grudzień 2022 roku. Zarząd podaje wyniki wstępne za grudzień i cały rok 2022, później niż szacunki przekazywane w poprzednich miesiącach z powodu konieczności analizy zagadnień ujmowanych w rachunku rocznym. Przychody ze sprzedaży za grudzień 2022 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 2,00 mln PLN. Wynik brutto na poziomie -0,58 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie -0,58 mln PLN. Stan środków pieniężnych na rachunkach bankowych Spółki na koniec grudnia 2022 wynosił 1,7 mln PLN. Narastająco za cały 2022 roku Emitent spodziewa się następujących wyników: przychody ze sprzedaży na poziomie 37,3 mln PLN, wynik brutto na poziomie 0,8 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie 0,8 mln PLN i EBITDA na poziomie 4,9 mln PLN. Zarząd informuje, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Dane za rok 2022 będą podlegały weryfikacji zarówno wewnętrznej jak i w procesie przeglądu i badania przez biegłego rewidenta. Ostateczna informacja o wyniku oraz przychodach ze sprzedaży uwzględniająca dane za rok 2022 zostanie zamieszczona w rocznym sprawozdaniu finansowym za rok 2022. |

| MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION) | |||
| The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on January 20th, 2023, the Issuer made an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financial results for December 2022. Management reports preliminary results for December and the full year 2022, later than the estimates reported in previous months due to the need to analyze issues included in the annual account. Sales revenue for December 2022 is expected at PLN 2.0 million. The gross result at PLN -0.58 million, net result at the level of PLN -0.58 million. The balance of cash in the Company's bank accounts is PLN 1.7 million. Cumulatively, for 2022, the Issuer expects the following results: sales revenues at the level of PLN 37.3 million, gross result at the level of PLN 0.8 million, net result at the level of PLN 0.8 million and EBITDA at the level of PLN 4.9 million. The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data, which may differ from the final data. Data for 2022 will be verified both internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and the final information on the result and sales revenues, taking into account the data for the indicated period, will be included in the annual report for 2022.
