The proceedings might take as much as a few months with UniCredit facing a possible fine of up to zł.1 million. "Representatives of the company did not submit their explanations yet - proceedings have just started. [...] This issue is very important to us," said Marcin Zachowicz, spokesperson of Lotos.
For the time being, UniCredit is not commenting on the issue of the report.
