Zarząd Selvita S.A., z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Emitent", "Spółka"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 25/2025 z dnia 29 września 2025 r., niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 24 listopada 2025 roku została zawarta pomiędzy Emitentem a Narodowym Centrum Badań i Rozwoju umowa o dofinansowanie projektu „Opracowanie technologii DRUG-PREDICT do przedklinicznej predykcji efektywności klinicznej związków biologicznie aktywnych w indykacji nowotworów jelita grubego i trzustki, opartej o translacyjne modele przedkliniczne in vitro i in vivo wspomagane narzędziem ML umożliwiającej identyfikację najlepszych innowacyjnych kandydatów na lek i optymalnych grup pacjentów” („Projekt”).

Projekt uzyskał dofinansowanie w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Nowoczesnej Gospodarki 2021-2027, Działanie 1.1 FENG - Ścieżka SMART, organizowanego przez Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju.

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

Conclusion of the co-funding agreement under the FENG program

The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in Krakow (“Issuer”, “Company”), with reference to Current Report No. 25/2025 of September 29, 2025, hereby informs that on November 24, 2025, a co-funding agreement was concluded between the Issuer and the National Centre for Research and Development for the project “Development of DRUG-PREDICT technology for preclinical prediction of the clinical efficacy of biologically active compounds in colorectal and pancreatic cancer indications, based on translational in vitro and in vivo preclinical models supported by an ML tool enabling the identification of the best innovative drug candidates and optimal patient groups” (the “Project”).

The Project has received funding under European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021–2027 Program, Measure 1.1 FENG – SMART Path, organised by the National Centre for Research and Development.
