| Zarząd RAWLPLUG S.A. („Spółka”) na podstawie § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. U. z 2018 r. poz. 512 i 685) („Rozporządzenie”) przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych Spółki w 2025 roku. Rozszerzone skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne (SA-QSr) za: I kwartał 2025 r. – 30 maja 2025 r. III kwartał 2025 r. – 28 listopada 2025 r. Rozszerzony skonsolidowany raport półroczny (SA-PSr) za I półrocze 2025 r. – 29 sierpnia 2025 r. Raporty roczne: Jednostkowy raport roczny za 2024 r. (SA-R) – 25 kwietnia 2025 r. Skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2024 r. (SA-RS) – 25 kwietnia 2025 r. Jednocześnie zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Spółka informuje o rezygnacji z publikacji skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał 2024 r. oraz skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za II kwartał 2025 r. Zarząd Spółki informuje również, że zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia w rozszerzonych skonsolidowanych raportach kwartalnych oraz rozszerzonym skonsolidowanym raporcie półrocznym zamieszczone będą odpowiednio: kwartalna jednostkowa informacja finansowa i jednostkowe skrócone półroczne sprawozdania finansowe Spółki. Spółka nie będzie przekazywała odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych i odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego. |

| The Management Board of RAWLPLUG S.A. (the "Company"), pursuant to § 80(1) of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, items 512 and 685) (the "Regulation"), hereby announces to the public the schedule for the publication of the Company's periodic reports in 2025. Extended Consolidated Quarterly Reports (SA-QSr) for: I quarter of 2025 – May 30, 2025 III quarter of 2025 – November 28, 2025 Extended Consolidated Semi-annual Report (SA-PSr) for the first half of 2025 – August 29, 2025 Annual reports: Separate Annual report for 2024 (SA-R) – April 25, 2025 Consolidated Annual Report for 2024 (SA-RS) – April 25, 2025 Simultaneously, in accordance with § 79(2) of the Regulation, the Company announces its decision to forgo the publication of the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2024 and the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2025. The Management Board of the Company also informs that, in accordance with § 62(1) and (3) of the Regulation, the extended consolidated quarterly reports and the extended consolidated semi-annual report will include, respectively, the quarterly standalone financial information and the standalone condensed semi-annual financial statements of the Company. The Company will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports or a separate standalone semi-annual report. |
