Polnord's strategic investor Prokom Investments owns one third of the land which is to be taken over by Polnord. "The area has excellent transport connections with Poznań. It is located near the A2 motorway and the suburban railway. We believe that we will be able to sell the apartments for zł.4,500-.5,500 per square meter," said Polnord's president Wojciech Ciurzyński. It means that the Polnord's total revenues from sales of apartments could amount to zł.1.1-1.3 billion and its profit may be between zł.200-670 million. (Parkiet, pp. 1, 6) E.B.
