The Board of Directors of Planet Innovation Group S.A. based in Rzeszow, hereby announces that the publication of the quarterly report for Q3 2017 will not take place on the 13th November, 2017, in accordance with the schedule of publication of periodic reports published on 7th February, 2017 (EIB 1/2017). The Issuer will publish the quarterly report for the third quarter of 2017 on 15th November, 2017. The cause of delayed publication is independent of the Issuer external circumstances.
Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 pt. 1, Appendix No. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodic Information to be provided in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
