| PKN ORLEN S.A. informuje, że 17 grudnia 2021 roku zawarł z Europejskim Bankiem Inwestycyjnym długoterminową umowę kredytową („Umowa kredytowa”) na kwotę 180 mln EUR. Celem kredytu jest częściowe sfinansowanie inwestycji w Grupie Kapitałowej ORLEN, które wspierają jej zrównoważony rozwój. Transze wypłacane w ramach Umowy kredytowej będą mogły być spłacane w okresie do 11 lat od wypłaty ostatniej transzy. | ||||||||||||

| The loan agreement between PKN ORLEN S.A. and the European Investment BankRegulatory announcement no 51/2021 dated 17 December 2021PKN ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”) informs that on 17 December 2021 it concluded with the European Investment Bank a long-term loan agreement (“Loan agreement”) for the amount of EUR 180 m. The purpose of the loan is partial financing of ORLEN Group investments which supports its sustainable development. The tranches disbursed under the Loan agreement may be repaid in the period up to 11 years from the disbursement of the last tranche. | |||
