| Report 1/2020 Accession to the Electronic Information Transfer System and to the Electronic Information Base 28-02-2020 The Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. (the “Company”) hereby reports that on February 27, 2020 the Company acceded to the Electronic Information Transfer System (“ESPI”) and to the Electronic Information Base (“EBI”). Starting on the said date, the Company will report its information through ESPI and EBI. Legal basis: § 11 Section 1 of the Bylaws for Use of the Electronic Information Transfer System (ESPI) and § 11 of the Bylaws for Use of EBI. |
