Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:

Gašper Kastelic, the person closely associated with the Member of the Management Board – Worker Director of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto, Milena Kastelic, informed the company that on 2 March 2026, he acquired 122 shares of the company with the symbol KRKG (ISIN: SI0031102120) for his own account on the official market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange at a weighted average price of EUR 236.00.

The transactions are not linked to the exercise of a share option programme.

The notice will be published on the company's website (www.krka.biz) from 4 March 2026 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
