| Kofola Group decided to withdraw from the acquisition of WAD GROUP, a. s., owner of 40-percent stake in WATER HOLDING, a. s. that is 100-percent shareholder of Slovenské pramene a žriedla, a.s., Stredoslovenské žriedla, a.s. a Zlatá studňa, s.r.o. As Kofola should have entered into WATER HOLDING as a minority shareholder, Kofola regarded the conditions necessary for the approval of the transaction imposed by the Antimonopoly office of the Slovak Republic as currently hardly realisable. Kofola transferred its right to purchase stake in WATER HOLDING to the czech company Snowblossom s.r.o., member of Group R2G. |
