| Zarząd i2 Development S.A. („Spółka”, „Emitent”) niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych Spółki w 2022 roku. I. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne: - za pierwszy kwartał 2022 r. – 30 maja 2022 r. - za trzeci kwartał 2022 r. – 29 listopada 2022 r. II. Raport roczny i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2021 r. – 29 kwietnia 2022 r. III. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2022 roku – 30 września 2022 r. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, że działając zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29.03.2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitenta papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawanych za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”), Spółka nie będzie przekazywała skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych (QSr) za IV kwartał 2021 roku oraz II kwartał 2022 roku. Emitent informuje także, że zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia, w 2022 roku Spółka w skonsolidowanych raportach kwartalnych zamieszczać będzie kwartalne informacje finansowe, a w skonsolidowanym raporcie półrocznym - skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe wraz z raportem podmiotu uprawnionego do badania sprawozdań finansowych z przeglądu niniejszego sprawozdania. |

Subject: Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2022 Legal basis: Article 56 para. 1 item 2 of the Act on the offer - current and periodic information Management Board of i2 Development S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby announces the publication dates of the Company's periodic reports in 2022. I. Consolidated quarterly reports: - for the first quarter of 2022 - May 30, 2022 - for the third quarter of 2022 - November 29, 2022 II. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2021 - 29 April 2022 III. Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2022 – September 30, 2022. At the same time, the Issuer informs that, acting pursuant to § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by the issuer of securities and conditions deemed equivalent to information required by the laws of a non-member state ("Regulation"), the Company will not submit consolidated quarterly reports (QSr ) for the fourth quarter of 2021 and the second quarter of 2022. The Issuer also informs that pursuant to § 62 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation, in 2022 the Company will include quarterly financial information in its consolidated quarterly reports, and in the consolidated semi-annual report - abbreviated semi-annual financial statements together with the report of the entity authorized to audit financial statements on the review of this report.
