| Zarząd spółki i2 Development S.A. („Emitent” lub „Spółka”) podaje do wiadomości, że dnia 28 grudnia 2021 roku Emitent otrzymał następujące zawiadomienie o przekroczeniu progu określonego w treści art. 69 ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych. W wyniku rozliczenia w dniu 27 grudnia 2021 r. transakcji poza rynkiem regulowanym Fundusz inwestycyjny pod nazwą FRAM Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty z siedzibą w Warszawie (adres: Pl. Dąbrowskiego 1, 00-057 Warszawa), wpisany do Rejestru Funduszy Inwestycyjnych prowadzonego przez Sąd Okręgowy w Warszawie, VII Wydział Cywilny Rodzinny i Rejestrowy, pod numerem RFI 948, zbył 523 981 akcji Spółki, w wyniku czego zmniejszyła się ogólna liczba głosów posiadanych przez Fundusz na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki poniżej progu 5%. Zawiadomienie stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu bieżącego. |

Subject: Receipt by the Company of a notification on a change in the share in the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company - reduction of the number of votes held by a shareholder below the 5% threshold Legal basis: Art. 70.1 of the Act on Public Offering - purchase or sale of a significant block of shares The Management Board of i2 Development S.A. ("The Issuer" or the "Company") announces that on December 28, 2021, the Issuer received the following notification of exceeding the threshold specified in Art. 69 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies. As a result of the settlement on December 27, 2021 of the transaction outside the regulated market, an investment fund named FRAM Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty with its seat in Warsaw (address: Pl. Dąbrowskiego 1, 00-057 Warsaw), entered into the Register of Investment Funds kept by the District Court in Warsaw, VII Family and Registry Civil Division, under the number RFI 948, sold 523,981 shares of the Company, as a result of which the total number of votes held by the Fund at the General Meeting of the Company decreased below the 5% threshold.
