| Zarząd ENEA S.A. (Emitent) informuje, że w dniu 27 września 2012 roku Pan Maciej Owczarek, Prezes Zarządu ENEA S.A. złożył wypowiedzenie umowy o świadczenie usług w zakresie zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem Emitenta. Wypowiedzenie umowy następuje z dniem dzisiejszym z zachowaniem trzymiesięcznego okresu wypowiedzenia. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, iż wypowiedzenie ww. umowy na dzień złożenia wypowiedzenia nie jest równoznaczne z formalną rezygnacją z funkcji pełnionej w Zarządzie Spółki. |

Legal basis: Article 56 item 1(2) of the Act on Offerings – current and periodic information Content of report: The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 27 September 2012 Mr. Maciej Owczarek, the President of the Board of ENEA S.A., submitted a termination notice of the service agreement within the management of the undertaking of the Issuer. The termination of the agreement shall be effective as of today with a three months' notice period. At the same time the Issuer informs that the notice of termination of the aforementioned agreement as at the date of submission is not equivalent to a formal resignation from the position held in the Company's Board. |
