| Zarząd spółki CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 4 października 2022 roku Pan Marcin Iwiński: (i) złożył rezygnację z pełnionej przez niego funkcji Wiceprezesa Zarządu do Spraw Międzynarodowych i Członka Zarządu Spółki ze skutkiem na koniec dnia 31 grudnia 2022 roku, oraz (ii) poinformował Spółkę o zamiarze kandydowania do pełnienia funkcji Przewodniczącego Rady Nadzorczej Spółki od dnia następnego po dniu wygaśnięcia mandatu Członka Zarządu.
