| Zarząd Benefit Systems S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) podaje do wiadomości terminy publikacji przez Spółkę raportów okresowych w 2025 roku: Raporty roczne: 1. Raport roczny za 2024 rok - dnia 8 kwietnia 2025 r. 2. Skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2024 rok – dnia 8 kwietnia 2025 r. Raporty kwartalne: 1. Kwartalny raport skonsolidowany za I kwartał 2025 – dnia 21 maja 2025 r. 2. Kwartalny raport skonsolidowany za III kwartał 2025 – dnia 14 listopada 2025 r. Raporty półroczne: 1. Raport za I półrocze 2025 – dnia 22 sierpnia 2025 r. 2. Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2025 - dnia 22 sierpnia 2025 r. Spółka informuje, że w roku 2025 będzie przekazywać skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne zawierające kwartalną informację finansową, zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych („Rozporządzenie"), w miejsce publikacji odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych. Spółka informuje ponadto, że zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikowała skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał 2024 roku oraz II kwartał 2025. |

| Subject: Publication dates of periodic reports in 2025 The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter, the ‘Company’), announces the Company’s publication dates of periodic reports in 2025: Annual reports: 1. Annual report for 2024 – 8 April 2025 2. Consolidated annual report for 2024 – 8 April 2025 Quarterly reports: 1. Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 – 21 May 2025 2. Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2025 – 14 November 2025 Semi-annual reports: 1. Report for the first half of 2025 – 22 August 2025 2. Consolidated report for the first half of 2025 – 22 August 2025 The Company informs that in 2025, it will publish consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information, referred to in § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information (hereinafter, ‘Regulation’), in lieu of the publication of separate standalone quarterly reports. Furthermore, the Company informs that, in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2024 and second quarter of 2025. |
