| Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna („Bank”) w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego Banku nr 17/2022 z dnia 15 lipca 2022 roku niniejszym podaje do publicznej wiadomości aktualizację informacji w zakresie zdarzeń istotnie wpływających na skonsolidowane wyniki finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej Banku w III kwartale 2022 roku. Bank informuje, że w skonsolidowanych wynikach finansowych za III kwartał 2022 roku zostaną ujęte następujące zdarzenia: 1) Poniesienie kosztów dodatkowych wpłat na Fundusz Wsparcia Kredytobiorców („FWK”) w wysokości 166 milionów złotych. Wpłata na FWK wynika z art. 89 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 7 lipca 2022 roku o finansowaniu społecznościowym dla przedsięwzięć gospodarczych i pomocy kredytobiorcom, która nakłada na kredytodawców obowiązek zasilenia FWK łącznie kwotą 1,4 mld zł do dnia 31 grudnia 2022 roku. 2) Rozpoznanie kosztów związanych z koniecznością zwrotu klientom podwyższonych marż kredytów hipotecznych przed ustanowieniem hipoteki w wysokości około 114 milionów złotych, w związku z wejściem w życie ustawy z dnia 5 sierpnia 2022 roku o zmianie ustawy o kredycie hipotecznym oraz o nadzorze nad pośrednikami kredytu hipotecznego i agentami oraz ustawy o zmianie ustawy o podatku dochodowym od osób fizycznych, ustawy o podatku dochodowym od osób prawnych oraz niektórych innych ustaw. Powyższe koszty zostaną ujęte jako pomniejszenie wyniku finansowego Banku i Grupy Kapitałowej Banku za III kwartał 2022 roku. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące powyższych zdarzeń zostaną przedstawione w raporcie finansowym za III kwartał 2022 roku, którego publikacja planowana jest na 3 listopada 2022 roku. | UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION10.10.2022 - Report 23/2022: Events affecting Bank financial results in the third quarter of 2022 - updateBank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna („Bank”) in reference to the current report No. 17/2022 of 15th July 2022 hereby discloses update of information on events materially affecting the consolidated financial results of the Bank's Group in third quarter of 2022.Bank informs that the following events will be included in the consolidated financial results for the third quarter of 2022:1) Incurring the costs of additional contributions to the Borrowers Support Fund (“BSF”) in the amount of PLN 166 million.The aforementioned payments result from an Article 89 (1) of the Act of 7th July 2022 on crowdfunding for business ventures and assistance to borrowers, which obliges lenders to contribute a total of PLN 1.4 billion to the BSF by 31 December 2022.2) Recognition of the cost related to the need to reimbursement customers of increased margins on mortgage loans before establishing a mortgage in the amount of approximately PLN 114 million, in connection with the entry into force of the Act of 5th August 2022 on the amendment to the Act on Mortgage Loans and on the supervision of mortgage brokers and agents and the act amending the act on personal income tax, the act on corporate income tax and some other acts.The above total costs will be recognized as a decrease in the financial results of the Bank and the Bank’s Group for the third quarter of 2022.Detailed information on the above events will be presented in the financial report for the third quarter of 2022, the publication of which is planned for 3rd November 2022.Legal grounds: Art. 17 of (1) MAR – inside information |
