AVTECH: Avtech Aviation & Engineering Plc board restructure - correction.

The Board of Directors of Avtech Aviation & Engineering plc informs that by mutual consent Mr Kolja Leo has resigned as a non-executive Director of the supervisory board, which was effected on 24th July, 2011. It was felt that the continuance of this post could cause potential conflict of interest. He will be replaced by a new director who is from the industry, and who is well placed to help the company execute its business plan. This appointment will be announced in the near future once contracts are completed.

Legal basis: 3 par. 2 point 11 of the Appendix 3 to the Alternative Trading System Regulations "Current and Periodical Information in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect".
