(Italy) is the main client of Small Planet Airlines S.r.l. Sales proceeds from the disposal of a 50 per cent shareholding in Small Planet Airlines S.r.l. (Italy) amounted to EUR 763,5 thousand. Following the sale, Avia Solutions Group AB became the minority shareholder of Small Planet Airlines S.r.l. with 35,5 per cent shareholding, S.G.S.T.S.r.l. (Italy) – the majority shareholder with 60 per cent shareholding.
