Zarząd Spółki 11 bit studios S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że Spółka finalizuje z Microsoft Corporation z siedzibą w Waszyngtonie, Stany Zjednoczone Ameryki („Microsoft”) umowę, której przedmiotem jest udzielenie licencji na udostępnianie gry “Death Howl” i dwóch obecnie dystrybuowanych tytułów z wydawnictwa Spółki w ramach usługi subskrypcyjnej Microsoft Game Pass.

Jednocześnie, w trakcie procesu podpisywania umowy, Spółka powzięła informację, że już w dniu dzisiejszym tj. 2 grudnia 2025 roku Microsoft poinformuje użytkowników swoimi kanałami komunikacji o udostępnieniu im w ramach swojej subskrypcji gry “Death Howl”. Tytuł będzie dostępny dla użytkowników Game Pass PC od 9 grudnia oraz Game Pass Xbox w dniu premiery wersji na konsole.

W związku z czym Spółka podjęła decyzję o niezwłocznym poinformowaniu o tym rynku niniejszym raportem bieżącym.

Umowa będzie miała wpływ na wyniki finansowe Spółki w 2026 roku.

Topic: An agreement regarding the availability of games in the Game Pass subscription

The Management Board of 11 bit studios S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that the Company is finalizing an agreement with Microsoft Corporation, headquartered in Washington, United States of America ("Microsoft"), the subject of which is granting a license for the availability of the game “Death Howl” and two currently distributed titles from the Company’s publishing division within the Microsoft Game Pass subscription service.

At the same time, during the process of signing the agreement, the Company received information that today, December 2, 2025, Microsoft will inform users through its communication channels about the inclusion of the game "Death Howl" in their subscription. The title will be available to Game Pass PC users starting December 9, and to Game Pass Xbox users on the console version's release date.

Consequently, the Company decided to immediately inform the market about this via the present current report.

The agreement will impact the Company's financial results in 2026.

Legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
