| Zarząd XTPL S.A. (“Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 23 listopada podpisana została pomiędzy Emitentem a Uniwersytetem w Stuttgarcie, Institute for Large Area Microelectronics („Instytut”) umowa wynajmu drukarki “Delta” Emitenta z opcją wykupu przez Instytut („Umowa”). Instytut jest globalnie rozpoznawalną jednostką naukową zajmującą się rozwijaniem technologii wyświetlaczy (ang. Flat Panel Display) i współpracującą z największymi producentami wyświetlaczy. Maksymalny czas trwania Umowy to 48 miesięcy, a jej maksymalna wartość to ok 190 tys. EUR netto (ok. 880 tys. PLN netto). Opisana wyżej wartość Umowy nie obejmuje dostaw materiałów eksploatacyjnych: kartridży, tuszów, dysz, które będą stanowiły dodatkowy przychód Emitenta. Zarząd Emitenta uznał fakt pierwszej komercyjnej umowy najmu drukarki Delta z opcją jej wykupu za informację poufną, ponieważ w ocenie Zarządu oznacza to potwierdzenie komercjalizacji technologii rozwijanej przez Emitenta. Mając na uwadze rozpoznawalność Instytutu powoduje to otwarcie dodatkowego kanału prezentacji technologii Emitenta wśród globalnych producentów wyświetlaczy. Sam fakt komercyjnego kontraktu jest istotny z punktu widzenia Emitenta i potwierdza możliwość rozpoczęcia współpracy z partnerami z branży wyświetlaczy w zakresie wejścia przez Emitenta na rynek wyświetlaczy. |

| MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION) | |||
| The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that on 23 November 2020 an agreement was signed between the Issuer and the University of Stuttgart, Institute for Large Area Microelectronics (“Institute”) on leasing the Issuer's “Delta” printer with an option of its purchase by the Institute (the “Agreement”). The Institute is a globally recognized research unit which develops the Flat Panel Display technology and cooperates with the largest display manufacturers. The maximum duration of the agreement is 48 months, and its maximum value is approx. EUR 190 thousand net (approx. PLN 880 thousand net). The value of the agreement does not include the supply of consumables: cartridges, inks, and nozzles, which will constitute additional income for the Issuer. The Issuer's Management Board has decided that the conclusion of the first commercial lease-purchase agreement for the Delta printer is inside information because in the Management Board's opinion this means confirmation of commercialization of the technology developed by the Issuer. Taking into account the Institute’s reputation, this opens up an additional channel for presenting the Issuer's technology to global display manufacturers. The very fact of signing a commercial contract is important from the Issuer's point of view and confirms the possibility of starting cooperation with partners from the display sector with regard to the Issuer’s entry into the display market. |
