Na NWZ obecnych było łącznie 1.223.630 głosów, stanowiących 46,18% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce.

The Management Board of XTPL S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby presents a list of shareholders who held at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Issuer (“EGM”) held on March 9, 2026:

At the Extraordinary General Meeting, a total of 1,223,630 votes were represented, corresponding to 46.18 % of the total voting rights in the Company.
