Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje o zawarciu w dniu 26 marca 2021 r. umowy wydawniczej z Golden Goose Entertainment, z siedzibą w Dover (USA), na podstawie której Emitent wyda na platformach iOS i Android mobilną grę karcianą pt. Mobbles Cards.
Umowa wpisuje się w strategię publikacji gier z segmentu casual. W opinii Zarządu zawarcie umowy będzie miało wpływ na wyniki Spółki w kolejnych okresach. Termin premiery zostanie podany w późniejszym okresie.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: the "Company", "Issuer"), informs about the conclusion of a publishing agreement with Golden Goose Entertainment, based in Dover (USA) on March 26th 2021. Under the agreement, the Issuer will release a mobile card game entitled Mobbles Cards. The contract is in line with the strategy of publishing casual games. In the opinion of the Management Board, the conclusion of the contract will have an impact on the Company's results in the following periods. The release date will be announced later.
